Rose Lamp

Built using the Odyssey system, unappealingly named, this is the 24” rosebush helmet. The Uroboros gold pink opalescent was incredibly wonderful glass to work with, which made up for using the green herringbone texture, which was not only rough on the hands, but tricky to level to obtain that smooth shape. This lamp became a dining room table swag, where it was hung inverted, to get the full effect of the pattern, while seated at the table. Hardly a “helmet”
