Son-flower

I had a summer of gigantic sunflowers in my garden. The seed heads were amazing. The seeds fed many Blue Jays that Fall and in Spring, some seeds sprouted and the cycle started again. The idea of the face of Jesus or the Green man, discreetly painted in the center of this panel makes it an interesting tool for meditation.
