Autumn Tree

This commission needed to fulfill one specific thing, control the view from the adjacent property. Being a non traditional shape, offered challenges for regular window treatments, so stained glass was chosen. Built using the copperfoil method, I had a much greater opportunity to increase the elaborateness of the design, capturing the nuance of a mighty pine. The color and light texture holds the eye and causes the visual obstruction from both inside and outside the window.
